Wicked Weeders 11th November

Hi all,

The showers should have cleared by morning, so it’s all go for weeders! With the broom in full flower at the moment, we’ll be focusing on cutting and pasting it.

Our plan is to work behind the plantings at Bradford Wood and DJ Wood, tackling the broom that has spread among the plantings along the bike track. The best place to park is at the Hub, head across the road and walk along the bike track. Please keep an eye out for passing bikers.

I’ll bring the loopers and the cut-and-paste, along with the morning tea.

We had a good session last week checking the plants along the river below Control Gates, good to see that the plants are doing really well.
