Wicked Weeders 2nd April 🌞

Hi all.

I hope you all had a fantastic long weekend and did not overindulge in too many easter treats

It looks like the fabulous weather is continuing 🌞. Tomorrow the plan for the Wicked Weeders is to head back to Hipapatua and check on the 2022 planting site. These plants are doing amazing🌳they just need a bit of a tidy-up.

See you all at 930am, don’t forget your gardening gloves and sensible footwear. There could still be a wasp or 2 hanging around.

I will bring a few hand tools, a weed eater and the morning tea 😊

Hipapatua, off of Huka Falls Rd, Park up by the amenities down near the river and walk over to the downriver side.

Following weeks

9th April - We will head back to the Matariki planting sites

16th April - Planting season is about to begin, we will head to our first site to make sure everything is looking good. Karetoto Rd opposite the Honey Hive.
