Wicked Weeders 13 October from 930am

Hi all,

Wicked Weeders starts tomorrow at our new time of 9:30am! 🌱

There could be a few showers from early morning 🌦️, but I have some plants left over from the season and would love to fill a few gaps at the Kiddle Drive planting site. It’s perfect weather for getting plants in the ground, so I’ll be there and will leave it up to you whether you’d like to join me! 😁

930am- 1145am

Kiddle Drive / Birch Street intersection

The site is a bit steep, but there are jobs we can do along the bottom or top. Along with planting we’ll spread some fertiliser around the plants that look like they need a boost, good jobs for wet weather. There’s also broom popping up throughout the site, although we cant paste if too wet.

I’ll bring grubbers, shears and loppers, and I’ll auger the planting holes, so no digging required! I’ll also bring the plants 🌳, fertiliser and morning tea.

Please bring gloves, sturdy footwear, and a raincoat. Please be careful when parking; there are areas where you can safely pull over and park, but there is a large ditch to be avoided.
