Hi all,
Sorry for the late post, itβs been a full day. Thanks for everyoneβs help last week in tidying up the plants alongside the Honey Trail. The area looked fantastic for today's promotional shoot involving supercars, Greening TaupΕ and the Lake TaupΕ Trail Festival.
For Weeders tomorrow we will head to the Upflow planting site on Wairakei Drive, there is another planting here next month so we will pop in and see how it is all looking. It may be just a bit of releasing around the plants. The site is on the right-hand side behind the mass planting of Kowhais and itβs before the rest area
The road was open today, highly likely to be closed tomorrow because we want to go through it. I will try and get there early and ask.
If we get turned away, we will head to a site nearby - maybe check out Fox Forest / Acid Drop. Parking up at the Control gates.
I will bring a collection of tools for releasing - grubbers etc and morning tea, dont forget your gardening gloves.
It will be our final start at 930am changing to 1230 starts next week. And it looks like a beautiful day tomorrow π
