Matariki Planting 2025

Planting Saturday 19th July

Join us this Saturday for a special community planting event supporting Te Mana o Tauhara Charitable Trust – helping restore the native korowai of Tauhara.

Greening Taupō has donated an extra 1000 plants, so there are now 2000 native plants ready to go in the ground on Saturday.

Alongside the planting, there’ll be taiao education activities, a fun tamariki zone, and Kai available to purchase, including Mummy’s Fried Bread and Greggy’s Gourmet.
